William Waders, Chief Information Officer at Health First

 William Walders joined Health First in 2019 as CIO and Senior Vice President of Operations Support, bringing more than 20 years of experience in various Information Technology (IT) leadership roles, along with a 22-year career in the U.S. Navy.

Walders leads the organization in planning and implementing enterprise information systems. contracting and supply chain, the project management office, and the performance improvement department to support business operations and strategic goals. He oversees all health system integrated corporate initiatives to achieve more effective and cost-beneficial enterprise-wide operations.

Walders received his Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems from the University of Maryland and his Master’s in Healthcare and Business Administration from the University of Florida.
